  My mum speaks little English.I was trying to get a new sim but the staff started being very racist to my mother saying that it was not legal to sell sims to a person who doesn’t understand English and need to have a good English conversation skill with him.I was trying to say that I could help translate her but he said it was illegal.I am 15 years old.I could’ve translated very to my mum.We went back the next day and there was someone else he did everything without saying a single word about having to have a good English skill.I got the sim today at 16 May 2026.The man that helped my mum we both appreciate his service.I hope he looks at this comment and realises his mistake.
