The manager's attitude at this Cabot Circus branch is terrible, and this isn't the first time. About a year ago, he insulted me, my friend, and the child who was with us, and kicked us out. The reason was that I told him I had four subscriptions. The employee didn't listen to us because we were strangers. I came with my friend who also had four subscriptions, and they deducted an extra amount from his account without explaining why. After they kicked us out, we went to the Broadmead branch, where they welcomed us and treated us with respect. There's a huge difference in their service.

Popped in to ask an upgrade question last week and left 10 minutes later with brand new phone on amazing upgrade deal and amazing service from Jack. Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly chap. He's a credit to Three.

Today I went to Three at Cabot Circus to upgrade my phone but after the TERRIBLE service stuff I gave up on my purchase and will definitely go to another network.
