- AHAdriana HolstJul 2, 20261.0Almost gleefully unhelpful. I came here after my phone had an abrupt crash. I needed to purchase another phone in an emergency after the Samsung store told me it could not be fixed, so I bought another there. However, I have an eSIM with three and have been paying monthly for this for quite some time. Historically, when I need assistance with a replacement SIM, I would go into the old Three store in Cabot to get it activated. That was not the case today. After seeing that I purchased the phone elsewhere, the person I spoke to began huffing and puffing for quite some time. Finally, he made it clear this wasn't his job, and "you're welcome to sit here and do it yourself if you want, but I'm not going to help you with a device you didn't buy here." After this I said that, given the eSIM is an ongoing subscription I have with Three, I would've thought they'd be the ones to replace it. He insisted this should transfer automatically. Of course, he was wrong. After activating my new phone, it explicitly said I would need to contact Three to access my SIM again However, at this point I had long left the store and he made it clear he had no interest in helping. The help line on their website- along with the websites ai chat bot- were infinitely more helpful, and I wound up being able to get a replacement SIM that way. The irony of course is that this experience confirmed that, whenever I do have another big purchase to make, it will not happen at this store.

I visited Three Store in Bristol, with the intention of checking out my upgrade options and potentially upgrading. I was put in the care of Elisa, and she was amazing. Listened to me, my needs in a phone, my pet peeves with a phone. She didn't make me feel rushed or anything. Was super clear about my options. After I decided to upgrade she was more than happy to set up my new phone, and have me leave there with a working phone straight away, even put the screen protector on like a pro.
