  Had a really great experience at Hampton Clinic. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the whole team made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were very professional, explained everything clearly, and were happy to answer any questions I had. I’m really happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend Hampton Clinic to anyone looking for quality treatment and excellent service. Thank you to the whole team!

  I had a fantastic experience with my skincare treatments. Hayley at reception was so warm, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Rene carried out my treatments and was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring throughout. I'm already seeing visible results, and my skin looks healthier, brighter, and more refreshed. The whole experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for effective skincare treatments and outstanding customer service.

  My first visit to The Hampton Clinic was a a very pleasant relaxed experience. Maria is lovely and I felt very comfortable with her talking through the various appropriate treatments for my needs ( there are a few) I did not feel pressured at all and left feeling positive about going back to start on my journey with them.

  Maria is amazing. She always makes me feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I look forward to my appointments and my skin has absolutely improved since starting treatments with her. I would definitely recommend her and her treatments to anyone thinking about micro-needling.

  I went to the clinic for a minor treatment costing around £100, which itself lasted about an hour. What I was not expecting was to be made to sit through a consultation with a hair consultant that lasted over an hour and fifteen minutes beforehand. During this consultation, I was repeatedly encouraged to consider treatments costing around £7,000. What should have been an informative discussion instead left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and self-conscious. The consultant focused heavily on perceived flaws in my appearance and made me feel as though I needed extensive work done, which had a really negative impact on my self-esteem. The whole experience felt more like emotional pressure and aggressive upselling than genuine advice. I left feeling far worse about myself than when I arrived, and I genuinely worry about the impact this approach could have on someone already struggling with confidence or low self-esteem. Clinics working in appearance-related treatments should understand how vulnerable clients can feel and should approach consultations with sensitivity and professionalism, not pressure or intimidation. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this clinic based on my experience.
