Very rude worker dismissed my mother yesterday when she came into the shop for some advise and help in setting up her new phone. She was told to go home and read the Instructions! He sat with his hands in his face whilst watching videos on his phone. Didn’t get up and basically told her he wasn’t aloud to help. Disgraceful behaviour and customer service you should be ashamed.

SCAMMERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I bought an internet contract from this store, and it stopped working after only 30 minutes. When I went back to ask for a fix, the staff were extremely rude and treated me like garbage. They took my money and refused to help. This is a total scam. Avoid this place at all costs – they are thieves who provide zero service and have the worst staff I have ever seen!"
