He was able to sort out our old mortgage, and easily get us going on our new one - and even found lower interest rates days before exchange!   Andy has been great throughout the entire process. We had an initial call where he went through all the information I needed and answered any clarifying questions I had. He prompted me to get the mortgage in just as the Iran war started as he knew that rates would increase and I’m really grateful for his action there as that will save me a lot of money! Although there is a fee, if you want someone who is supportive and really working FOR you then I’d recommend using this company.
