  I asked Paul to conduct a on-site damp survey at a property I was buying and found Paul to be extremely thorough and able to explain everything very clearly. He provided a report which I could use to get quotes and was able to answer any follow up questions I had. Paul went above and beyond in communicating with the sellers about the work required and I would recommend him for anyone wanting to understand any damp issues they have. He responded promptly and made sure I fully understood the cause and risks associated with the damp. I’ll definitely be using Paul in the future if needed!
