  I have been using Mogford Prescott since 1998 - both on my own property, and those of my clients (via a property agency). I cannot remember ever having had a bad experience. It must be hundreds of jobs over the years - and they've all been good. And they continue to be good.

  I had to have my gutter repaired and down pipe replaced and all of Mogford Prescott`s workman from roofer, scaffolder and stone repairers were fantastic. (including the office) The work was finished well, quickly and on time and everyone was polite, helpful and very professional.

  Couldn't even get a date for works from this company, just advised the following: "We have not had a date for carrying out these kind of small works recently." Didn't respond to a couple of emails so gave up. Reading some of the reviews, it seems this company are not customer focused, and some of their replies to customer's grievances post works are astonishing! This makes me feel relieved that we didn't get a date for works, they did us a favour!!

  I’ve used Mogford’s for over a decade for various property maintenance at a property I originally lived in but now manage from Australia. The office staff are great managing things over the phone and trades are experienced and pro-active in arranging access with tenants which is huge help. Will continue to use and recommend to others!

  Towards the end of last year, I had to have rendering repaired on the side wall of the house. This was done very badly by another Company and Mogfords then came to my rescue by being able to rectify the work extremely well indeed. It was all managed very efficiently and the teams doing the work were all very pleasant and helpful.
