  Two years ago I engaged James to sort out the air raid shelter which needed a window and door. The job required creative thought as both apertures were challenging due to previous damage. James did a magnificent job which made a useless space into a useful one. He is professional, thorough, careful and a pleasure to deal with. Recently I asked him if he would replace a tap. It is a small job so I would not have been surprised if he had turned it down but he agreed to do it and was, as before, a pleasure to deal with. I will always call on him in future if I need his skills and experience. Thanks James for your work. It was much appreciated.

  James has regularly inspected and cleaned the parapet gutters at my 4-storey tenanted property for over 10 years, alerting me to any issues that have arisen, whether leaves or tenants' rubbish. This gives me great peace of mind, as water damage is very costly; not only in repair works, but also compensation for damage to tenants' property and bad feeling that arises.

  James recently replaced our utility room and installed a new base unit, new worktop, new sink and new tap in addition to some tiling work and plumbing in our washing machine and dishwasher. James was very polite and professional, always punctual and tidy. He was meticulous in all aspects of the job and the finished look exceeded our expectations. I wuld have no hesitation in recommending James for the quality of his workmanship which was first class.
