  Had a great experience with GoGo Cleaning company. Their communication is super fast and clear and Lara was so lovely and helpful, leaving our uni house looking absolutely spotless (for the first time ever😂). We will definitely be making this regular. Thank you again for sorting this out

  Have to cancel my earlier review, the house cleaning failed the inspection for every room!!! Hoping for refund or new cleaning because this is unacceptable

  I tried to arrange for domestic cleaning after being in a severe accidenr and a member of staff misspelt my name meaning she didn't send me the payment details. Therefore the appointment did not go ahead. I tried to rearrange and spoke to three people on the day that the cleaning was supposed to happen. None of them got back to me. When I spoke to the woman again (I think her name is Emin) and asked to speak to her manager she said the manager was out of the office. But then later during the phonecall disclosed she is the manager. She couldn't take responsibility for her mistake and wouldn't rearrange for the cleaning that I needed to be done. She hung up the phone not resolving our conversation and working through it together to come to a suitable solution. I called back to speak to someone else which she refused to and she said threatened to report me to the police if I would continue calling. Not professional at all , especially when she knew that I was in an accident and still recovering and needing help!! I left a voicemail message to explain I would like details of their formal complaint procedures,about what had happened and that I'd be leaving this review. Shocking customer service to say the least! If you are ill and need cleaners do not use them.
