  Pleased with how John and the team know their products. Less pleased with the mean spirited elderly lady who refused my the toilet and sent me up the road. Particularly as I had just driven 80 miles to get there. Poor customer service to an elderly man who can't help having prostate issues. Let's hope no one ever refuses her a toilet!! Hence the poor rating.

  Very reliable and quick service. Holistic approach with great attention to detail. My sewing machine works better after service than when I bought it brand new. I'm very happy and will definitely return.

  I have just bought a second hand sewing machine from this company .It is a lovely machine,the service and communication were excellent. A lovely company with personel service, a very enjoyable transaction, I highly recommend.
