  Brian was so helpful and did a great job. He was very responsive when I contacted him and he took the time to diagnose the plumbing issue from photos so that I could order the relevant parts before he arrived. He was punctual, tidy, solved the issue and communicated well throughout so I’d definitely recommend him.

  Excellent friendly knowledgeable service. Attended almost immediately even though not a direct emergency. Non vented hot water tank was overflowing, leaking into tundish. Problem fixed in good time and all now ok. Cost of replacement parts was £115 and therefore unavoidable. Cost of labour very reasonable.

  Brian was super friendly and polite. He fitted an outdoor tap and new stop tap for us and was able to complete the job quickly with a competitive quote. Would recommend!

  Excellent service. The boiler issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly and professionally. Very reliable, punctual, and knowledgeable. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and everything was left clean and tidy after the work was completed.
