  I'm so impressed with the work and turnaround time that Norberto provided. My Car looks brand new and at a really honest and decent price (about 1k under what I was quoted elsewhere for anyone wondering). Would recommend 100x over.

  I don't know where to start but I'll try to keep the whole story short. I had a small accident with a small pillar that I didn't see in my haste, so this small pillar turned out to be stronger than the car I was driving, right on the sill, molding and door. I visited all possible garages in the area where I live, but some wanted too much, others didn't have the opportunity to do it right away, and others wanted to change everything (which is a joke) but apparently they are looking to charge more, especially if the customer is a foreigner. After a long search I found a garage, I left the car there on Monday they said it would be ready on Friday, by chance Friday I was in a taxi to go to the shop and I saw my car parked on the street, I checked it and nothing was fixed....I immediately went in the garage and I talked to the guys there, because they were very busy they forgot to call me and tell me that they couldn't fix it... and so a whole week was lost.. I remembered that I have a friend who deals with this and he put me in touch with Norberto Santos, I sent him pictures and he wanted to see the car to give me a fair offer. The problem was that I live 200+ miles away from his garage, but I decided to trust him and take a chance... And I will say that I have no regrets at all, this guy paid attention to me, told me the truth, and gave me a deadline. I accepted after he announced a proper price affordable to my pocket, compared to the garages around my city. I left the car with him and went back 200 miles with worry, that was completely unnecessary!!! This guy has golden hands, he's a magician! He did something incredible with my car in a time less than what he had announced to me, because I have worked in such a garage, I dare to say that in the area where I live, even in the Bristol area, there is hardly anyone else as talented and capable as him. He knows exactly what and how to do to restore the perfect look of your car! I am sincerely grateful for his attention and his attitude towards me! I strongly RECOMMEND that if you need repairs on the paint or the body of the car to use his services, he can deal with the repair of the metal part of your car, he can save everything, and he can also paint without any complaints! In a few words, reasonable prices, fast and quality, with amazing service and understanding. More than happy, THANK YOU!
