  They are very happy smiley whilst getting your money..i was told I could come back and they would help set things up to mirror my old ipad... then when you return for help setting the ipad up everybody vanishes and avoids eye contact. Made to wait and wait and wait. You are told with a smiley face that you can book an "online appointment" like that has ever helped anyone. After 1 hr 15 mins waiting with my toddler for 5 mins of somebody's time I gave up, got a full refund and walked out. Never again.

  Needed a new battery for iPhone, so contacted customer service who confirmed I needed new battery and booked appointment to get new battery fitted. Was a 3 hour round trip… turned up for my appointment, only to be told that like would be ready 11am the next day, as they ‘didn’t know how many people where going to turn up for repairs’…. You should know you absolute melts, as everyone had booked appointments to get their devices repaired. An absolute shambles and a complete waste of a Saturday.

  Went into apple to get a phone today, was going okay had to wait a long time but was happy to wait. Did a trade in for my old phone and they took my sim out, nearly forgot they did and left it on the side, the sim card was damaged in the whole process and no longer works leaving me without a working phone. Also told me that my phone would be set up super quickly along with my apple wallet as i explained i had no purse with me and did not know my way home, it took over 3 hours for my icloud to move across as it was not transferred from the original phone and i was left without a way to pay for petrol or to find my way home.

  I was served by Grace in the Cribbs Causeway store and had an exceptional experience. Grace told me it was her first time serving customers alone and I was shocked due to her customer service skills being so strong! Grace took the time to understand my needs for the product, whilst also showing me other products which would help with my other hobbies. Her great attitude made shopping at Apple so fun, and exactly what I needed after a long day.

  I recently had the screen on my iPhone 15 Pro Max repaired here, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I have AppleCare coverage on my phone, and because the screen issue was not considered accidental damage caused by me (such as cracks, water damage, etc.), the repair was carried out free of charge as it was treated as a fault/technical issue covered by my warranty. Even if the issue had been considered accidental damage, my AppleCare coverage would have significantly reduced the repair cost, with the screen replacement costing just £25. The staff here were absolutely amazing — super friendly, professional, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. As soon as I walked through the door, someone was ready to ask about my booking and see how they could help. They also have a great range of devices, phone cases, chargers and other accessories available. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing help with their phone or looking for accessories.
