  Talked to James at the genius bar about an issue with airpods. Was completed dismissive of the issue and blamed it on me/usage despite it being a known manufacturing issue with the product. Advised to go 'sell them to CEX and put the money towards another pair'. Poor service for what was a £200 product.

  "I recently purchased an iPhone 14 and encountered some issues during the setup process. I visited the Apple Store to get it resolved, and I have to say, the service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and assigned to NINA. NINA is incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. Nina went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for us, and her calm and reassuring approach made the experience much more relaxing. I’m extremely grateful for her support!"
