  My grandmother brought a bath from them and it started leaking after 18 months. Their full warranty is only for one year so will need to be fixed at our expense. Their products don’t last and they don’t back them with a guarantee. Poor quality products sold to vulnerable people. Stay away.

  Be warned There is too much to say here about what went wrong but suffice it to say our whole experience was stressful and negative from after our first payment was made. What the salesperson promised was not delivered. My elderly and vulnerable mother came out of hsp after a serious stroke a few days before the work was due to begin. The fitter was ruthless and unsympathetic from the start. He was asked to deal with me (not my mother) and not to approach her about money. From day 2 he was asking for an extra £1500 for work that did not need to be done. Despite repeated attempts at asking him not to approach my mother about this (I came in every day and he had my number) he continued to harass a sick person. She became frightened and would not leave her sitting room. In a peak of anger he left her boiler with two snapped of rings meaning the heat could not be controlled. To treat an 84 year old sick person in this way was unforgivable. The company which we paid £14000 to do the job had promised project management and daily contact. This did not happen. This company does not meet their fitters, do not visit London and act as the equivalent of a call centre. They hire people they do not monitor and I am appalled at their quality and that they do not inspect the end job even to do a 'snagging' visit. They basically contract out and do not honour the timescales of their salesperson and should not be operating as elderly or disabled friendly. Both my mother and I have disabilities and that is why we chose this company. It was our fault that we approached them thinking they were an honourable company advertising in places that disabled or vulnerable people would look for workpeople. We are happy to talk to anyone who would like to speak to us and warn them against using this company. The way our concerns were dealt with was by the company asking the fitter his view. Knowing nothing about us or who we have in our lives, he was desperate knowing we had only been polite and thoughtful so he tried to use prejudice to explain his approach. I have told them that this is defamatory and if they continue with this approach we will take them to Court. At least in Court he would have to produce evidence for his false accusation. This was a despicable act of malice to a family that is known as being warm and hospitable. Anyone who deals with my mother has this positive experience of her and she connects with people young and old from every corner of our wonderful globe. There is so much more to write about but this should give you a flavour of our experience. I am left to deal with a very vulnerable and hurt mother from this awful experience.

  I had a bath and shower put in 12 months ago The toilet has gone wrong three times is still under warranty and they take weeks to come and mend it

  Buyer beware !!!!!!! We made contact to enquire about adaptations to our bathroom having been awarded a disabled facilities grant from the local authority. I was told they only work with the first of three payments upfront before works can begin. And it wasn’t possible to use the grant as payment is only made after work is complete and passed by a surveyor. Surely a company that specializes in adapting bathrooms for elderly and disabled customers you would think a lot of potential customers fund there works in this way. Maybe it’s to avoid the scrutiny of the local authority. … just saying.
