  Ordered a replacement valve for our Cadac Safari Chef, on collection the staff member offered to replace the valve for me and then tested it. Found the valve wasn't quite right and spent time trying to resolve it to no avail and gave me a replacement for the main unit as no cost. Really couldn't fault the customer service, willingness to help and going the extra mile to ensure I left as a happy customer.

  Went to the Peterborough caravan show purchased cadac from towler and Staines Ltd superb item well worth the money works well even sent me a recipe so very pleased
