  We recently had a wood-burning stove installed by Warfield Stoves & Fires and were extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Simon carried out the initial survey, talking us through the available options and helping us make a couple of adjustments to ensure we selected the right stove and installation approach for our home. Everything was clearly explained, and we agreed exactly what would be fitted and how the installation would be carried out. We then booked an installation date for around four weeks later, and as promised, Simon returned with Kyle to complete the work. Both were highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. They worked efficiently throughout the day and took great care to keep everything neat and tidy. Part of the installation involved replacing plasterboard around the stove where fireproof boarding was required. The finish they achieved was exceptional. They blended the new board seamlessly with the existing wall to the point where you simply cannot see any joins, which is no easy task. Another thing that really stood out was their attention to cleanliness. They used extraction equipment throughout the installation, resulting in virtually no dust, which was fantastic. Once the installation was complete, Simon carried out a thorough handover, explaining everything I needed to know about using the stove for the first time, ongoing maintenance, and how to get the best performance from it. Overall, the service was incredibly professional, efficient, and of the highest quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Warfield Stoves & Fires to anyone considering a stove installation.

  I can't speak highly enough of this company. I recently had an electric fire installed to replace a very old woodburner, and it has transformed my home. From the first time I walked in the shop, to the visit to my home, followed by the final installation, which was done with care and respect, they have been absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend them, they know their fires! Thanks so much from a very happy customer.
