I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at the Three store in Blackpool.
I currently have three Three home broadband contracts and visited the store simply to check which one was due for renewal and potentially cancel a contract I no longer needed. Rather than even attempting to help, the member of staff immediately directed me to deal with it online.
What was particularly frustrating was that there were three members of staff standing behind the counter at the time, and from what I could see only one was actually assisting a customer. Despite this, nobody offered to look into my account, carry out an ID check, or provide any assistance whatsoever.
I explained that I would instead visit the branch near my workplace.
Only last month, the team at the Barnsley branch were absolutely excellent. I originally had four broadband contracts and they took the time to sit down with me, verify my ID, go through each contract individually and help me identify and cancel one that I no longer needed. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was exactly what I would expect as a long-standing customer.
Unfortunately, the Blackpool branch couldn’t have been more different. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I’m not sure why a store needs four members of staff on duty if customers are simply going to be told to go online without any attempt being made to help.
A very poor experience and a stark contrast to the excellent service provided by the Barnsley team.

I have been with 3 for a number of years and always been very pleased with their service. This morning I went into their shop with a problem by my own making with my phone, the young assistant took her time to correct it, which I appreciate so much. I am in my eighties and on my own, so without the use of my phone I was feeling very vulnerable. Thank you so much 3

Recently visited the Blackpool store to upgrade my phone as my contract had come to an end , a week later i noticed there had been an extra account set up for me without my knowledge , I only found out when an extra direct debit had been set up with my bank , I was told the paperwork I'd signed was just for my upgrade , not once did the sales assistant ask me if I wanted an extra sim I had to pay for , im absolutely disgusted and have contacted there head office .
