We have used R G Engineering for two major projects over the past 12 months, both involving complex commercial boiler replacements across our hotels. One project involved specialist swimming pool boilers, while the other was the replacement of a commercial boiler responsible for providing heating and hot water to a large section of one of our hotels. As a hotel business operating seven days a week, our biggest concern was ensuring that the work could be completed while remaining fully open to guests, without affecting our day to day operations. The team at R G Engineering were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They understood the challenges of working in a busy hotel environment, planned everything carefully and ensured there was no disruption to our guests or services throughout either project. Both jobs were completed on time, to an excellent standard, and the team went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure everything ran smoothly

We recently had commercial gas works completed by Richard and were very impressed with the service from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Communication was also really good throughout. We’d definitely use them again and would happily recommend.
