  Arranged a call out with Tina over the phone to try and get my lights fixed after a small surge knocked them out. She was very helpful and accommodating around work schedules and arranged an appointment for me the next week. Joe arrived exactly at the time they said and was an absolute joy to work with. He was able to find the faults and fix them all and restore all my lights to working order. He is very knowledgeable and I'm very satisfied with the work carried out. Will definitely be using jet electrical again for any future work that arises in my house. Thank you again.

  I had my two storage heaters replaced this week by this company and I felt that the overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend this company.From the initial inquiry to the job completion the whole process was smooth and transparent thanks to Tina who runs the office and the jobs .Tina made sure I had the right product for my home and was really helpful and friendly.I spoke to Jon the owner initially too about my needs and he was really happy to help me too.I received a quote which I was happy with as I had previously contacted other companies and found JET electrical a good price but also happy to help me with information and decisions which made the difference.Tina was extremely patient and gave fabulous customer service which sealed the deal for me .The two electricians who came to do the job were simply brilliant! A credit to the company indeed.Extremely polite and friendly and respectful of my home .The job was carried out on time and they completely removed all the old heaters and packaging from the new ones and cleaned up after themselves immaculately.The lads were really friendly and helpful and explained my new heaters and set them up for me too and even changed a light bulb in the living room without asking out of pure kindness.I was extremely impressed and grateful for such professional electricians and my experience with the whole company was fantastic.I would not hesitate to use this company again and only wish I had contacted them first! New double oven and extractor, outdoor lights in several areas, shower fan, various sockets fixed, kitchen spotlights removed and new ones added. Excellent work and very friendly hardworking staff.   Emailed JET Electrical for a quote to upgrade electric heating at a tenanted flat. Tina responded same day and arranged for an electrician to call to take details of work required. Once Tina had this information she gave me a very competitive price within days. The electricians Joseph & Kris arrived on time. They discussed with me and the tenant exactly what they would do. Carried out the work and cleaned everything up before they left. Would recommend JET Electrical and I would use this company again.
