  Hi, I’m deaf and I wear hearing aids, like most deaf people my phone hooks directly into my hearing aids and when someone is speaking to me by that medium I’m unable to hear, someone near to me, speaking clearly to me, often they cancel each other out. So when I went to three Bolton and gave the shop assistant a number relating to a tablet I wished to cancel, why did he continually try to talk to me whilst I was listening to the menu playing into my hearing aids, I put my finger up and told him I was trying to action the menu. He said I was being rude and uncooperative, so I got up and went outside were I actioned the cancellation, then went back in to explain to Brendan why he needed to be silent, at which point the manager also became abusive and I was surrounded by five staff all trying to speak at once, the manager who was extremely rude, insisted he’d heard my conversation with Brendan and I was being ignorant. That said no one in the shop could hear what was being said into my hearing aids. So if you are old and deaf don’t expect to be dealt with in a nice manner at this phone shop.

  We recommend avoiding this particular store, especially when seeking assistance from Sam, as he appeared to be quite confused with the tasks he was undertaking, which unfortunately led to errors in my contracts. You might find it more beneficial to contact customer service over the phone, as they tend to be more helpful than the in-store staff. The store manager, in particular, seemed rather arrogant, and the customer service I received was among the worst I've experienced, despite being a loyal customer for the past ten years. I was simply trying to change numbers and upgrade my price plan, but I was made to visit the store three times with false promises that the numbers would be swapped over, which ultimately did not happen. Please ensure the staff is properly managed. The store manager should actively support team members when they encounter challenges. I can't remember the managers name is would have mentioned it.
