  What a absolute trustworthy gentleman Paul is. Im having surgery on wed and my mums t.g.a eclipse mobility scooter wasn't working which I will be using after surgery. He came out and fixed it no problem and no cost. I tried a few people and no one would help me. So thank you again Paul and i extremely highly recommended.

  NPM MOBILITY. Excellent service with second to none knowledge of mobility equipment to suit your own mobility issues. Impartial advice given and all questions asked answered in a straightforward and honest manner. I have purchased the Quickie Nitrum and Quickie QS5 X wheelchairs. Also the Empulse R90 for use on the Nitrum and Empulse M90 wheels for use with the QS5 X. The combination of the two chair gives me the freedom to go wherever I want and not to miss the opportunity of going out with friends socially. Servicing is also extremely efficient Paul always makes sure you’re happy with your wheelchair and makes sure everything is adjusted to your personal preferences. I have purchased wheelchairs from other companies in the past, suffered poor service and a product that don’t meet my needs further down the line. For me NPM Mobility is No.1 I’m a really happy customer. 😀

  I just want to say a huge thank you for the excellent service I received from Paul recently. I needed a new manual wheelchair and he came to my home and was absolutely brilliant. He was so friendly and kind, and spent a lot of time with us over several visits explaining the different options, including arranging a demo where needed. It was clear he knew everything about the different options avaliable and was able to explain what he thought would work for me and what wouldn't. He made sure the product was most suitable for my needs and was within my price range. I was unable to collect my wheelchair once it had arrived due to my health, and he stored it without a problem until I was ready, enabling me try it properly for the first time when I was well enough. Nothing was too much trouble. It's such a relief to have found someone so knowledgeable and caring to help me with something that's so important to my everyday life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to others. Thank you so much again for such outstanding service—it made a real difference to me.

  I met Paul in a care home for spinal patients. Over many years, he has supplied and maintained many wheelchairs for their residents. They are all satisfied customers. I was a temporary NHS resident there. I was left with the option of around a 6 month wait for an NHS active wheelchair, or the use of a clunky, old chair loaned from the hospital post discharge. Paul came to my rescue and was a Godsend. Hugely knowledgeable about types of wheelchairs, adaptations and options. He measured me, listened to my needs and suggested options. He brought a chair for me to test in the home. I was very happy with it. My bungalow has a narrow and awkwardly shaped hallway. He took the chair to my bungalow, over an hour away, and adjusted it to be able to be able to manoeuvre through. It is serving me well. I can highly recommend his services. Thank you Paul

  For the last two years (two years self employed, ten years experience in the industry), Paul has been my first person to contact for all of my Occupational Therapy needs. His fast and private consultation and aftercare service is something I've never experienced before. From answering simple questions via text to dropping in and making adjustment and future proofing a new purchase, there's no end to Paul's expertise. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
