  Adele is a wonderful lady! I have had my new hair topper fitted after previously going to an expensive salon in manchester, where my hair was getting thinner and thinner. This new hair topper which was £550 is a lot more comfortable, better quality hair and beaded all around the circumference. I am a lot happier and it feels more comfortable and really pleased that I found Adele.

  Adel is brilliant she has been doing my hair for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else , she makes you feel comfortable and is just genuinely a lovley person . I allways come out feeling confident and a 100 percent happy with my hair I would definitely highly recommend Adel

  Adele is nothing other than a genius at what she does. I have use Hair Replacement hairdressers both in Los Angeles and in England I have never ever come across such an amazing hairdressing consultant and Replacement technician as Adele. I am in Showbusiness and it is very important to me the way I look and perform on stage. I am preparing to do a Television show on the only person which I would consider worthy of making me look like a showman is Adele. Never in 40 years of wearing hair pieces have I ever been thrilled as I am with Adele. I always look forward to her doing my hair, Adele listens and she also cares so much about the way you look. I would give her 20 stars if I could best wishes and kind regards, Howard XX.

  Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. The hair colour and the system itself were fine, but the fitting and haircut were extremely disappointing. The finished result looked as though the system had simply been placed on top of my head without any attempt to properly blend it into the back and sides. The sides and back were cut to a straight number 2 with no blending into the system, as Adele told me that she can’t really fade mens hair after already starting to shave it down, leaving a very unnatural appearance. - Photo attached of the haircut before seeing my regular barber this morning. The quality of the haircut was so poor that I had to arrange for my regular barber to see me before opening this morning to try and correct it. While he managed to improve the appearance significantly, there was only so much that could be done because of the way the system had originally been cut and fitted. He did a good job considering he has never done a haircut for a hair system before. I will now need to grow out my back and sides again and purchase a new system and have it cut in properly due to him having to shave a bit higher than desired due to the number 2 on the sides. He also pointed out lifting around the sides. I paid £150 for a fitting, which I expected would be a professional installation and haircut. Given the result, I requested a refund but this was refused as I didn’t go back to Adele and saw a barber instead. Why would I ask someone who openly admitted that they can’t fade/blend mens hair?? I sent the attached photo to Adele who thought this was the after photo from my barber and said it looks like it has bald spots now as a result of his work, basically admitting her cut was a poor job but still refusing a refund! I appreciate that others may have had a different experience, but based on the standard of work I received and the way my complaint was handled, I would not return. EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: The system was not from Temu and isn’t plastic doll hair🤣 the hair on the system is fine and you said yourself you was impressed with the quality, however, this is irrelevant from my complaint. You said yourself that my hair doesn’t match any colour on your colour wheel as it’s a unique colour, again completely irrelevant. The base was exactly what I expected when I ordered so not sure where that has come from… of course you have to cut some of the base to fit as they come in standard sizes but you can still apply tape to lace so again irrelevant. I didn’t stick it back on myself in the morning, I said it was lifting. The photo is from the evening I got home from my appointment with yourself so incorrect. You never told me to get it cut before or after seeing you and you actually refused a refund because I went to a barber afterwards which is quite the contradiction? We only communicated on email before the appointment and nowhere is it mentioned to go and see a barber because you can’t cut mens hair, why are you providing mens systems if you can’t cut mens hair? I don’t regret getting a hair system at all or feel overwhelmed 🤣, it was just an appalling haircut. Nice attempt at gaslighting but I have wrote nothing but the truth and have nothing more to say 😁
