We went on Saturday to buy an used PS4, although the store was busy, I could pay super fast, the girl at the till was very nice and super helpful she made sure we have all the cables and controllers to play with. I really like it, the "only thing" it should improve is, the quantity and variety of games for PS4, I noticed Sheffield (Cathedral) store has more games than Barnsley but it's ok if you want to buy the console first and a couple games to start a new collection. Thank you.

Visited Barnsley shop. Staff was rude and non communicative. Didn't even acknowledge me when I went in after having said hello. Takes nothing to be polite.

C.E.X shop is ok sometimes but the good"s they buy from you are often sold at a higher price than they offered to buy from you and often the dvd's and Bluray's i get are cheaper on Amazon or Ebay and they are in far better condition. Sometimes there are fingerprints and scratches on dvd's and bluray's from the Cex shop.

I go in the C.E.X shop mainly for dvd's and Bluray's and it's very rare that i don't find what i like. But the prices are often cheaper on Amazon to buy brand new. And there are often finger prints and scratches on dvd's and bluray's they don't look after them. I took a dvd back and they wouln't accept it bacause of a water mark on it but i had bought it from them the week before. The prices that are offered for your goods are way Lower than what they will sell them for so in that respect people are being Ripped off.
