  Very Compassionate during difficult time, Not just after your money. Got a Lovely Sympathy card a week or so after losing my Best Mate. Highly Recommend. Big Thank You to Jessica.

  They are not listening at all when you talk with them, the main concern is the money. I was at emergency with my cat and until I paid £800 they didn't want to give her not even a bit of water. I requested the analysis to see what they did and didn't want to give them to me without a £40 appointment, even though I paid £700 already. I received the same type of antibiotic for different type of health issues even when I told them that my cat is not reacting well at all, on it, so must be changed. Keep the distance, is a cashing machine for pets!!!!!!
