  They are not listening at all when you talk with them, the main concern is the money. I was at emergency with my cat and until I paid £800 they didn't want to give her not even a bit of water. I requested the analysis to see what they did and didn't want to give them to me without a £40 appointment, even though I paid £700 already. I received the same type of antibiotic for different type of health issues even when I told them that my cat is not reacting well at all, on it, so must be changed. Keep the distance, is a cashing machine for pets!!!!!!

  All they required from me, it was more money and more expensive tests, with the same treatment for 7 years, without listening to me that the pet reacts to this antibiotic with nausea, diarrhea and losing weight, being lethargic. They said that they need more tests to be able to give another type of antibiotics. Even for replacement the antibiotics after test they wanted more and more visit which costs £40, each!!! So, stay away from these cash machines !!!

  Not a great receptionist ! Cant book an appointment for a different day because lack of staff ! Bizzarre i just wanted a jab appoinment i dont understand why they cant book an appointment. Im not asking for a operation that day,
