  Serviced our old boiler and left the water temperature set to the absolute maximum (before servicing it was set at a midpoint). The boiler duly broke within 24 hours of servicing and they simply denied all knowledge. I would never use or recommend them. Edit: For info this did occur 3 years ago on our old boiler and it was safe gas who did it. I'm still furious. And the owner/manager totally didn't care, even though there were two young children in the house and temperatures were doing below freezing...

  Absolutely amazing service. I called when no-one was in the office, and was redirected to the boss who was on holiday at the time, but still took the time to understand my issue, put together a quote and lined up someone to do the job within 24 hours. The guy that came was professional, polite, worked quickly and without fuss, did a great job and was very reassuring. I couldn't recommend Safe Gas more highly.
