  I paid for a new phone, and the young woman who took my details and helped me with the contract accidentally recorded the wrong phone number and email address in the system (she must have mixed up my details with another customer's, as they were completely different from mine). As a result, I never received the contract or the payment receipt. The phone itself was even refused upon delivery due to the phone number mismatch, which prevented me from generating a delivery PIN. Absolutely abysmal service. I have kept trying to get a resolution, but neither the shop nor Three customer service could help.

  Excellent customer service from JARRED 🌟 I popped in the shop in Brighton yesterday as I couldn't unlock my phone thinking it might had a virus & he managed to unlock it ! He was super approachable polite and professionall! ! ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! ! !

  Jess was fantastic. really helpful and clear and very kind. She was also very good at explaining the difference between an e sim and a physical one and the situations where one might be better than the other. many thanks.

  Outstanding service from Jess. After an nightmare at Vodafone where they had offered me inappropriate deals and, on a busy day, changed my phone keyboards to chinese, she got me a sim card deal which was less than half the price of the Vodafone offer and with more flexibility. Jess is a long term employee which says something about a company that can keep its staff.
