  Went for ear wax removal with Freya and it feels like I have a new pair of ears! Freya was so kind, clearly explaining what to expect and guided me through the procedure. She didn’t give up until it was all out. The rest of the staff here are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you!

  I went into the pharmacy today after not being able to hear from my hearing aid in left ear for 5 days, I was expecting a heavy blockage,on examination I was told it was completely free from wax so it must be the hearing aid that's faulty, however was told there was a slight amount of wax in the other ear and did I want it removed, even though I was having no trouble from it at all,so I said you may as well, thinking I would only pay a reduced fee. Instead wot turned out to be a 5 or 6 minute procedure to remove a tiny bit of wax cost me the full price of £79. I think in future you should be giving customers the choice of paying a £20 consultation fee if there's no issues with their hearing or explaining to them that even this small procedure was going to result in being charged full price. At those rates you work out at £480 per hour.Needless to say between that and the battle to find a parking space I wont be using you again.

  I have been using their pharmacy for a couple of years now and I can honestly say they are the most. helpful, professional and friendly team I have ever used for my repeat prescriptions. Any queries regarding medications and availabilities are always dealt with successfully. I use their delivery service and their delivery driver is one of the most courteous and helpful ones I have encountered. Many thanks to all the team and best wishes

  They could do with a chair in the shop in case you need to wait. Otherwise it's a cute little pharmacy. Professional service
