  Was in there earlier today. There was 3 members of staff by the till and they nervously and louder than necessary pointed to one member of staff, who quite frankly come across as judgemental and prejudice. Personally, most of the staff I've been served by on western road come across like that. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I won't be using this Cex again. I haven't got time for childish behaviour from adults.

  18 July 2026 The lady with the blue hair was friendly, although I was given the wrong quote for the sale of a phone (£195 instead of £184). I only found out when I went back. The tall, bald man with the glasses essentially blamed me saying I should have checked online first, which I disagreed with - this was why I went into the store and asked face-to-face. The manager Jordana honoured the quote, but I was then told £4.50 had to be deducted for a cable which I wasn't told before so it became £190.50. I would recommend better communication with customers and not putting the blame on them for miscommunication.

  Thanks I had amazing customer service from Geordie or Perhaps Georgie . She was so kind and helpful after I had bought a phone that wasn't right . The fact that I was listened to and G listened . I truly think that the fact that I was understanding of their position and not in the slightest bit confrontational (which of course I never would be) helped get my query resolved . It's important to understand that shops have different rules and that you can't complain if it doesn't go your way. Be the sun in life not the wind and people will treat you better . Listen and acknowledge . It's a lesson for life in general .Thanks again CEX . I will 100% shop with you in the future . Will :)

  Cex is like my second home in brighton western road branch. All the staff new and old are just simply amazing! The service is get each and every time I go in there is out of this world. They are so patient and genuine people. I actually love shopping here there has been no issues at all whe ever I have shopped here! It feels like when I go in there im coming to buy and chat to friends because we all have a nice chat and a laugh when there just feels like the best experience everytime I love it! They all are just so very helpful with every question or query I have thrown at them lool! I cant stress how great this specific store is in brighton that I use like at least 3 or more times a week for blu rays dvds or mainly 4k blu ray movies! Always happy with the prices i get for my items in store credit towards new items etc! Such a class system that actually works for me personally which is rare now a days! Anyways enough of me chatting for britain lol but yes cex brighton western road is the best and most professional cex store i have ever walked into. I dont know all there names there shout out to all the workers...Dan....sky...James...Dray...and all the rest. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK U GUYS..YOU ARE PERFECT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
