  You failed to allow the gas authorities to check the high pressure gas line during the illegal building work you have carried out and therefore put the general public and your own staff at risk. According to one of your employees this is a regular occurance See Google reviews on South Bucks District Council, Capswood and Buckinghamshire County Council). Gas release is coming over the sports field into our houses. . Your actions are having a detrimental effect on the value of our properties. Entry was refused by one of your employees despite the gas authorities stating their was a fire near to gas pipe. This is a serious breach of Health and Safety regulations and has been reported, i also understand from the rail authorities that trains had to slow down on the Chiltern Line due to smoke from the fire drifting across both tracks. As regards the illegal building work you are carrying out, this is a green belt area. The failure to obtain planning permission or comply with the details of a permission is commonly known as a 'planning breach' Entry and exit to the premises is a danger to other road users on the A412 North Orbital Road, no record of any planning permission has been given for the construction of the driveway. We have tried to contact the landlords to no success, our letters have been returned (HM Land Registry informed) This is a terrible state of affairs. Do you pay business rates ? (As your activities are not in the business rates exemption bracket)We pay council tax ! We have written to Dominic Grieve MP as this kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

  Many years ago my husband was employed by this firm (for a total of about 3 years). The directors and the rest of the team were great, proper gardeners, concerned and conscientious in their work and good to their staff. It saddens me greatly to see the outright nastiness of the above comments- it looks to me like simple trolling and I hope few people will take notice of it. If there is even a tiny grain of truth in any of these accusations (the ones to do with the actual gardening) I would just say that in any company, in any line of business, over 30 years and more there will be 'incidents'- it is how the company deals with these that counts and I have absolutely no doubt that GD take every genuine incident very seriously, no matter how small. My late mother's friends (elderly ladies) used GD and found them careful and considerate as well as being capable and reliable. I would have no second thoughts in recommending them as a safe pair of hands and as bonafide professionals in a line of work where there are so many cowboys.
