  I’m very disappointed with the service from Bespoke Alloys. I had my BMW diamond-cut alloy refurbished, but within a year water had got behind the lacquer and the wheel ended up looking worse than before. I contacted Bespoke Alloys by email and we also spoke on the phone, but they showed very little interest in resolving the issue or standing by the quality of their work. I expected a refurbishment to last much longer than this, especially given the cost involved. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

  I dropped off 2 alloys for a refurb both alloys had been kerbed after a few hours got a call saying that both my alloys are buckled which was absolute rubbish and that they will charge me another £90+vat They do this regularly to customers to get more money I have owned my car since new and have never wacked the wheels or gone over a pothole PLEASE BE AWARE !!!

  Professional, High Quality, Comprehensive & Trustworthy! This late is well overdue as my wheels were refurbished by Bespoke Alloys some time back. Bespoke Alloys refurbishes all four of my alloys, removing curb rash damage and also resolving a buckling of one of the wheels. I am very particular about where i leave my car especially as replacement wheels would not fit on my car due to fitment issues (21 inch); Bespoke Alloys is a very secure site, covered by a high level of security etc. My wheels were returned with a custom 'Black Shadow Chrome' finish which looked amazing on the car. Their service is top notch, very professional and they do not take shortcuts. I found the price very competitive and Im glad I chose Bespoke amongst the many i looked at. I highly recommend Bespoke for any size/type of alloy and finish that you require.
