  Repaired PS4 broken HDMI port. Informed through messages the status of the repair and how long it would take. A very happy child got his PS4 back within 2 weeks. Would highly recommend CEX to repair PS4 console.

  Issue with ps5 HDMI port not working - £99 repair quoted 7 day turn around. Took it into CEX shop on Saturday in full original packaging to ensure safe travel. Shop refused to take the packaging just required the console itself. After leaving the store was informed that the shop only send repairs once a week on a Friday so I had to wait 6 days before the console was even shipped for repair - which I wasn’t informed of at the time. Console however was fixed within 7 days after they received it as quoted. Unfortunately both sides of the outter shell were damaged, one corner snapped off and the other was dented. After raising a complaint I was provided with replacement shell casings and the console itself works fine after repair

  Xbox hdmi port was destroyed and they completely fixed it was worth the wait and it works perfect now
