  I contact Niel after purchasing a car with an aftermarket infotainment system that didn't display the reverse camera, despite it appearing connected. We arranged an appointment within the week with a plan A and B approach, try inserting the appropriate adaptor, or install a new camera. Both options came quotes so I knew what to expect. Within a few hours of dropping my car off, I collected it with a now working camera, as well as knowledge of what the previous auto electricians (or cowboys) appeared to have done with the electrics on the car (which confirmed why certain features weren't working as expected). Niel was friendly, affordably priced, agreed to do the work on a Sunday, and explained the new install as well as observations of my existing wiring. It was honestly so appreciated given this is my first car and I'm new to it all, and I came away feeling upbeat and excited to drive with added reassurance of being able to see behind me. He's 5/5 star for a reason. I'd highly recommend Niel for you Auto Electrical Car needs :)

  Absolutely flawless from start to finish. Needed to replace the infortainment system in my MG ZS as had issues with the factory fitted one constantly getting stuck in initialising loop. Neil was straightforward and very easy to communicate with. Instantly came back to me and confirmed he could complete the job. It was fitted quickly and efficiently and Neil explained the whole system to me. Thankfully it seems to have solved the battery drain issue. Will definitely use again if I ever need any audio issues addressing in the future. Would highly recommend if you need car audio upgrades.

  Great service from Neil. He gave me free advice by phone about the best options for a dashcam for my convertible car. I then bought based on his recommendation and he installed it very neatly. I'd never wanted a dashcam until a recent experience when I was tailgated by an idiot, at least if it happens again I can report it and provide the evidence.

  After months of waiting to hear from my dealership regarding my blown car screen I was recommended Neil from Sound Systems and I am so pleased I was. Neil very quickly ordered the screen and booked in the following week to fit it. Within 2 hours my car had a working screen again. Fantastic service and quick process. Thank you Neil :)
