  The gearbox on my french doors failed and I was being quoted £240 for locksmiths to replace it. I spoke to Mark from Lindal on the phone and he helpfully suggested I remove the mechanism and bring it into the shop. He changed the gearbox on the spot and I was able to reinstall it easily. Excellent service and I will most definitely be using in future for any security needs.

  I urgently needed a replacement lock for my front door but couldn't find one with the right specification at any of the usual DIY/ trade counter stores. I brought them the lock and they had me sorted with a suitable replacement in less than 5 minutes. Can't beat a specialist with specialist knowledge.

  Really excellent service again from Lindal. We bought a new door 18m ago which was great and good value, the lock on the door jammed yesterday, I called them at 9AM and spoke to an actual person, they had a fitter here by 10:30AM whom promptly adjusted the door. I am in no way associated with them, just a very satisfied customer. Well done, service at its best!
