  Big store with a good range of stock, but unfortunately the service is painfully slow. I’ve visited twice on a Saturday and both times the queue was almost out the door. I went again last night and, despite there being four members of staff behind the counter, only one person was serving. I waited around 10 minutes without the queue moving at all before giving up and leaving. Ended up going to HMV instead. It’s a shame, as the store itself is good, but the customer service really needs improving.

  Recently Purchased the "DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro 4K Action Cam-Essential Combo (w/All Accessories)" When i got home, the box only had x1 battery and a standard usbc cable which they had charged me £2.50 for. There was no accessories in the box.

  Its a great cex for the items in windows but where they have placed the xbox 360 section is tight and people are usually in the way when im looking since the ps5 section is across its annoying but please move it in the future preferably near the other xbox section from the other side of ti

  Very long queues and completely unorganised. Made it to the front of queue after 1hr of waiting to be told it’s too late to trade in an item (it was 2hrs before closing). unacceptable

  Went there to pick up smartphone for my son for birthday. In stock and good grade phone. Late time open did the job. There was a pretty long queue but everything was sorted nice and smooth. Thank you crue. A ++++
