This was my second visit to CeX Milton Keynes, and both experiences were equally disappointing. On both occasions, I had to wait around 30 minutes just to buy a single video game, despite there being fewer than 10 customers in the store. The shop wasn't even particularly busy, so I really don't understand why such a simple purchase takes so long. Waiting half an hour just to pay for one game is completely unacceptable. The store seriously needs to improve its customer service efficiency and queue management. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially as this has happened twice!

Only CEX I have visited that every time I have gone in the last couple of months I have had to leave empty handed. The queue is always so slow and always blocks aisles for items you want to look at. When you did get down an aisle most games on the shelf are all over the place or in a different section (I imagine due to someone getting fed up of how little the queue moves and dumping them on a shelf). This used to be a good CEX due to items in stock and the separate area to buy for when selling queues were long, but I can see why all these items stay in stock so long as nobody wants to deal with tbe poor and slow service. Avoid on weekends!

Honestly I think it's very impressive that no matter the time/day you go, this store is consistently the slowest CEX I've ever experienced.

If there was a choice for zero stars I would chose it because I recently got my Xbox repaired from there repair shop and I turned it on and there was no sound but there was sound on everything else and we turned it up all the way and made sure the volume was on and the screen is really stretched out and looks like someone has gone into the tv and stretched the Xbox Home Screen we tried it on 2 different tv and it still hade no sound and was streched out so they have done something wrong with my Xbox and now I can’t play with my mates THANKS CEX

Worst cex I’ve ever been to. Every cex I go to cleans any figures before selling if asked, this one says they can’t. What’s online also doesn’t match what’s on stock, wasted a trip coming down here when their online stock said they should have had what I’m looking for in (not but one two separate items!) worst thing be this happened after a 30 minute queue? Not because there was a lot of people, people just weren’t being served. Just doesn’t happen at other cex stores. Massive waste of time and petrol.
