  Managed to break to lock on my tow swan neck making it unusable. After being run around by several companies popped into 1st Choice and they immediately sourced a part and made sure it fitted. Very happy - thanks

  they replaced my windscreen next day on a DS4 which Autoglass failed 5 times ! great guys

  Firstly, if I could give 10 stars, I would. Context: During the heatwave, my windscreen completely cracked. The next day, I was due to hand the car back to the lease company. After discovering the crack at 6pm, I was frantically calling every windscreen replacement company I could find to try and get it repaired in time. After about 30 phone calls to other companies, I found 1st Choice and got straight through to Ian at 9:15pm. Where others had told me there was no chance of getting it replaced in time, Ian was really thoughtful and generous, pulled some strings, and ultimately managed to source the glass and get it fitted the following lunch time. The technicians in the workshop were also super accommodating given the circumstances and tight timelines. All round legends. Thanks all!

  Ian was brilliant fitting my towbar, very knowledgeable on new cars and towbar fitting and old school engineer. Wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone, very competitive price too.
