  I had a full body massage with Lily today, and I just had to leave her a review because she was absolutely fantastic. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but she completely exceeded my expectations. She got the pressure absolutely perfect and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving me the best treatment possible, and nothing felt rushed. She was kind, professional and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The treatment room was unfortunately very warm because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but despite that, Lily never let it affect the quality of the massage. Her focus was entirely on making sure I had the best experience. I came away feeling incredibly relaxed, with all my aches and tension eased, and I honestly feel so much better. Lily is a real credit to the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. If you’re thinking of booking a massage, I would highly recommend asking for Lily. I will definitely be booking with her again. Thank you, Lily… you were amazing!

  I had my hair done by Lucy Mae. I walked in with dull, flat hair that had lost all its shape and colour, consequently making me feel just not me. My consultation with her was great, she was so informative but also so accommodating to what I really wanted for my hair and together we got a plan with what to do next, I already walked out excited to return for my re style. Turned up on the day of the appointment to a warm welcome as ever, we went over once again my ideas and what I wanted just to confirm but I immediately trusted her. Once she had finished, I was almost welling up, finally me again. The colour was fantastic, the cut and layers complimented my face so well and it looked ten times thicker! I asked about what products to use etc to which she was so helpful and accommodating. What this women achieved was so much more then hair for me and I felt a million dollars as they say. I’ve had so many compliments on my hair since and I don’t think I’ve stopped smiling since I walked out the salon door. All the staff are so welcoming and the ethos of the whole salon is just so warm. Thank you again Lucy Mae, will be back soon ☺️

  We have been going here for over 20 yrs and meg is amazing. She always fits all three of us in and always gives amazing customer service. She is second to none. Never anything bad to say :)

  10/10. Lily was great. I have nail psoriasis and haven’t been able to wear nail varnish or have my nails done in years due to flare ups. My flare up has gone but my nails are still short due to me cutting away most of the issue. I was a bit worried to go to the appointment as 1 it’s been so long since I’ve been to a salon and 2 my fingers are very sensitive due to the disease and I was worried it might hurt, but I knew I needed my cuticles and edges of my nails done and they kept catching on things and causing more damage. Lily was really understanding to the situation and did such a good job with the nail prep. My cuticles look really great and it didn’t hurt at all. With a lot of nail places I’ve been to in the past I’ve always left feeling disappointed but I’m thrilled. Feels so nice to have some colour on them again! Made my day - thank you! 🌞

Appointments are straightforward to book, and the salon has a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere, which is particularly appreciated by busy working mums. Each visit feels enjoyable thanks to the team’s friendly, positive approach, and the colour treatments add a lovely touch of luxury.
