  My Mobility Scooter needed a clean, a service and two new batteries. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. I went over to the store to find out the progress of the situation, and I was told that everything was done including the replacement of the batteries, but there was a slow puncture in the rear left tyre, which they were going to replace the inner tube before returning it back to me the next day. They were even going to replace the bag on the back of my seat and add their own sticker with their details. Thank you so much for your help guys. You have really helped me get back out on the road again. I will be using your services again in this upcoming future. Many thanks.

  Really lovely helpful people, I can't praise them enough. Got us out of trouble when my dad's motorised wheelchair had a fault.

  I needed to hire a wheelchair for a week's holiday. The customer service was excellent. I had no idea the wheelchair would stand up in the boot of a car, or the best way to move it when no one was sitting in it. The wheelchair was from their new fleet - lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and with brakes on the handles. Many thanks to the friendly team at Downley.

  Honestly can’t rate or thank these guys enough, popped in not really sure what to expect. They thoroughly looked after us with equipment and advice, in such a helpful and friendly manner making something we had been dreading very enjoyable. So pleased we found them and they also make an excellent cuppa which was greatly appreciated. Just lovely genuine people.
