  I can absolutely recommend Ashtons to anyone who values exceptional customer service, a highly professional and caring team, and a genuinely personal approach. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re made to feel welcome and never rushed, with everyone taking the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make sure you feel completely comfortable with the advice you’re being given. Their knowledge and attention to detail are excellent, but it’s the warmth and care shown by the whole team that really sets Ashtons apart.

  This was the first time that I had visited Ashton Optician. I needed to get my mother’s reading glasses repaired. The service was fantastic and I was really impressed with their attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them.

  While wanting a short term solution while waiting for a second cataract procedure, Gavinda gave me a thorough check up and some practical suggestions on what could be available. With a decision to purchase two pairs of glasses, Meera in reception gave some practical advice on what would best suit me. Professional team work all round.
