  Fantastic service from start to finish. Jamie was incredibly helpful and responsive on the phone, and James was absolutely brilliant when he came out to us. Our drains are never straightforward, but James managed to retrieve the drain rods we'd accidentally got stuck in the pipe, clear the blockage, and explain everything clearly throughout. Although we've discovered the underlying issue is tree roots, it was a huge relief to get everything flowing again, and I really appreciated the honest advice about the best long-term solution. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and quick to respond. We've used them before, when Jamie helped us with another frustrating drainage issue, so they'll definitely be staying on speed dial for anything we need in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!
