  Prompt professional and very thorough. Highly recommend. John spent at least an hour on the phone to me the day after my survey summarising his report and highlighting potential future issues. Excellent service.

  John is a rare find. And exceptional professional, expertise beyond meaudre and a kind and open communicator fu of ideas and deep knowledge. John is someone who can do his job so well, he stands out a mile. We cannot thank him enough for duty being brilliant.

  Initial impressions of John were really good- he responded fast, and managed to get to do the survey really quickly. He then called me and gave me a really good run down of his findings. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. He conducted the survey over two months ago and despite back and forth emails we have not yet received the report back. Edit: John has since delivered both our report and an explanation for the delay. His explanation was highly understandable and with the extra context he has shared I cannot begrudge him the time taken to produce the report. The quality of the work he produced was definitely worth a five star review, and he tells me his timelines are now back to normal. Had he been a little more open about the true cause of the delay earlier on he could have avoided feeling he had to share more of his personal life than perhaps he would have wanted when he finally explained the situation to us.

  This is the second time I used John to do a survey for me, first my flat and now my move to a terrace house. I have found his service to be fabulous. John arranged the survey with my vendor directly, visited quickly, gave me a verbal report immediately afterwards and then sent me a very comprehensive report within a couple of days. I would highly recommend using John to do your survey. Great service.
