  I had my first experience at Clips on Friday & was really impressed with the whole operation. My 2 year old goldie does love a groom thankfully but it's still critical that he has a good experience & that the staff know what they are doing! Rachel did the groom & we were really pleased with the overall trim, he looked so much tidier & was clearly happy & relaxed when I collected him. The added bonus of the fabulous location meant I had no parking worries & a lovely couple of hours to myself browsing the garden centre & having breakfast in the restaurant. Overall friendly, efficient, relaxed but also professional. Am very pleased to have found this salon & look forward to returning with my other goldie very soon.

  Excellent! Recommended by my brother, Carly did an amazing groom for my Australian labradoodle, Belle. Belle was truly pampered and looked and smelled lovely afterwards! I think she enjoyed the whole experience and it is clear that Carly, Courtney and the team genuinely love what they do. Love the spacious salon as well! I can highly recommend Clips Dog Grooming.

  I am so pleased with the grooming service I recieved for my pet Sprocker, Teddy. When I arrived I was immediately impressed with the set-up; the studio looks fantastic and the staff are very welcoming. They took the time to ensure Teddy was comfortable as this was her first visit. The pride and professionalism is evident to see. When I returned for collection it was such a joy to see Teddy looking so beautiful. Thank you Rachel for making her look a million dollars. Highly recommended.

  My dog was very anxious following a bad grooming experience. Rachel made me feel at ease and was so calm and caring towards my dog. She did an amazing job grooming her. My dog was very happy when I picked her up. I will not go anywhere else now!

  I took our dog for his first grooming session and could not be more happy with the amazing service at Clips. Having already had a chat with Carly before bringing him in I felt assured he would be looked after. Carly was great at understanding what I wanted and the result was amazing. Woody was happy and relaxed and now looks great. I feel really happy that I have found someone who I can trust to look after him. I can’t thank Carly and the team enough and I would highly recommend Clips. It is also really convenient for parking.
