  Excellent service from start to finish. The Worcester boiler install along with all 15 radiators was carried out to a very high standard. The engineer worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy throughout, and paid great attention to detail. Communication was clear at every stage, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and reliable heating installation.

  Lee has carried out work on our boiler in a nursing home, and his expertise has been genuinely impressive. Where other engineers immediately suggested replacing the boiler, Lee took the time to properly assess the issue and identified that only a simple part was needed. We had three different engineers look at the boiler before him, none of whom could pinpoint the problem or even offer a temporary solution. In a nursing home, a working boiler is critical, so Lee’s approach and problem-solving made a huge difference. Highly knowledgeable, practical, and honest. Thank you, Lee.

  If I could give Lee six stars out of five, I would! Boiler-tech was recommended by our regular service engineer when our 25-year-old oil boiler gave up the ghost. Lee came out the same day, discussed options with us, sent a team around to do a heat loss calculation and sent us a quote for two different options (boiler internal or external) the very next day. He and his team installed the boiler a week later, took great pains to explain every step and clearly took great pride in the quality of their workmanship. He has since come back to check all is well and he has sent us all the paperwork, including registering the boiler for its guarantee. Faultless service from start to finish.
