  Their role is to care for and safeguard vulnerable people, but in my experience they are failing to do so. A vulnerable adult has been placed in the property near mine and is regularly left unsupervised for long periods. He frequently leaves his front door and windows open throughout the night, even while asleep. More concerning is that his behaviour has had a significant impact on the surrounding community. The company is failing not only to safeguard the individual in their care, but also other vulnerable residents in the area, including children, elderly people, and those with additional needs or mental health conditions, who have been exposed to repeated distressing and intimidating behaviour. It is clear that neither the individual nor the local community is benefiting from this arrangement, yet despite ongoing concerns, the company has failed to take appropriate action.

  The staff are so lovely and so friendly nothing is to munch for the staff that come out to my mum who is bedridden they have got so much done with my mum in helping getting things done for her I really appreciate everything they do 🙏🏼 amazing management too . X
