Excellent service, husband upgrading and I was switching to Tesco. Not entirely straightforward for me as my chosen phone was not in stock , so had to be processed as an online order. The whole thing was seamless and the guy we saw clearly knew his stuff. I’m sorry we didn’t take your name, it was about 1.30 on Nov 20th so Tesco will know who you are! All round great service 😁
