  I am happy to endorse the quality of work and professionalism offered by ZS Partnership. We asked them to draw up plans for a single story home extension and garage conversion in early 2025. The home visit was arranged promptly and conducted professionally. We were given several designs to pick from. The plans were submitted and approved by the council three months later without any issue. Communication was smooth and courteous throughout.

  I’ve used many architects over the years and ZSP Architects have been a great find. They were recommended by someone I trust, and so far I couldn’t be happier. Professional, thoughtful, and easy to work with — I’d happily recommend them myself.

  Worst place you could go for a consultation. The decrepit guy there must have thinks himself VIP! He acts his so busy that he didn’t even heard us out. We went there to get some ideas about A1 and A3 business permits. Without hearing us he clearly stated that we need an A3 permit. I guess because it’s costly to get A3 permits and he would make more commission if we apply for that permit through him, he told us to go for it. No advice or suggestions nothing! Never referring that place to anyone ever; not even to my enemies!
