- ZSZahidkhan SafiSep 17, 20261.0⭐ 1/5 — Very poor experience with Three UK I took out a contract with Three, but the SIM card was not working properly. I tried several times to get help and even went to a Three store. The staff told me they could not cancel the contract in the shop and that I had to call customer service. When I called, I was transferred to an overseas call centre and was asked for a lot of personal and payment information. This made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the security of my personal and card details. After all of this, my contract was still not cancelled. When I contacted them again to explain the problem and ask for help, I had calls cut off without the issue being resolved. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating. The SIM did not work properly, cancelling the contract has been very difficult, and I did not feel confident about how my personal information was being handled. Based on my experience, the customer service and cancellation process have been extremely poor. I would not recommend Three UK.

A girl with glasses Asian girl was really rude didnt get off her seat. We don’t have anything here, we are closing. Very bad customer service. Very lazy attitude. Kept staring at the window didn’t want to engage in conversation properly or be helpful. Giving dirty looks. Just because your closing doesn’t mean you can’t help the customers. Why are you even working there.
