  Khes was Absolutely brilliant, very patient, professional and supportive throughout my lessons. And i like his jokes. I’m really happy with my experience and would highly recommend Khes to anyone learning to drive in Birmingham. 🚗👏

  I am not giving any stars. Based on my Experience please choose correctly instructor in this school. First attempt. Instructor, Bilal, gave me a time and said that we would have the lesson on Saturday. I sent him a message on Saturday , but he did not reply. Later that same day, he sent me a message asking if I could come to a different location. I said that I could not, and then he told me to contact the school so they could assign me another instructor. The school's website states that instructors provide a pick-up and drop-off service. I believe other instructors at this school offer this service, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Second attempt. On the second attempt, they gave me the number of Amirul (a female instructor). I explained from the beginning that I only wanted one-hour lessons. She told me that it would be better to have a two-hour first lesson, and then we could continue with one-hour lessons afterward. During the call, it felt like she was trying to make sure I would not go to another instructor, so she agreed to give me one-hour lessons. We then had one two-hour lesson and one one-hour lesson. After that, she told me she was too busy and could not do a lesson that week. The following week, she said she only had a two-hour slot available. Otherwise, I would have to wait until the next week again. I became a little annoyed, but I spoke very respectfully throughout the conversation. At the end, she said, "I am your Muslim brother/sister," and made similar comments. I then copied our entire chat and sent it to the school, asking them to show me where I had been disrespectful to the instructor. They never replied. So, please be careful with these kinds of instructors.

  Sag was absolutely amazing and a great teacher! Every lesson, you are guaranteed to learn and have a good laugh! If you ever come to TSD, request for Sag! He’s amazing and he helped me pass my practical exam. Thank you Sag🤩

  My instructor Jabed was a great instructor who made sure I was comfortable and ready. Always tried to make me feel proud of myself and made me recognise my progress. Highly knowledgeable about driving and tests. Would reccomment to others.

  I passed my driving test with only 2 minors, and I couldn't be happier! A huge thank you to my instructor Jabed Rahaman for his excellent guidance and support. He is a true gentleman with incredible patience. Without his encouragement and teaching, I don't think I would have gained the confidence I needed to pass my test. Unlike some instructors, he never shouts or raises his voice. Instead, he takes the time to explain everything calmly and politely until you fully understand. He wasn't my first instructor, so I could clearly see the difference in his teaching style. He identified and corrected several mistakes that my previous instructor had never noticed, which made a huge difference to my driving.
