Well the man who sold me a phone for the purpose of down loading music and games to my phone . I have brought a memory stick and have tried to use it but it won't format and needs a computer to do it. So now I have a phone that will not take a Samsung phone. I asked the man who sold me the phone was unprofessional because I visited the store and ask the man who sold me the phone to help me please as I'm having trouble accessing the memory stick. He said we who work for Tesco mobile are not allowed to help the costumer after the phone has been sold. Ummmm. And to top it all off he phoned me after I was at home asking me to go and have some fun and what do I like to do for fun. All I wanted is a phone. The sap!
